At Diamond Long Tulip FZCO, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with our service or need to cancel your request, please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation within 10 Minutes

If you cancel your booking within 10 minutes of confirmation, there will be no cancellation fee, and you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation after 10 Minutes

If you cancel your booking after 10 minutes of confirmation, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
